Bronze-C95500 Material:
Casting method: Sand Casting; The 8-13-3 aluminum bronze; With very high strength and hardness, wear resistance and good performance, alloy casting density, high corrosion resistance, good as wear-resisting work temperature is not more than 400 Celsius degree, can welding, not easy brazing. Be used in making heavy machinery collar, and require high strength, wear-resisting, compression parts, such as bushing, flange, valve and pump body, etc.

Casting method: Sand Casting; The 9-4-4-2 aluminum bronze; High mechanical properties, Marine and fresh water in the atmosphere, which is excellent corrosion resistance, corrosion fatigue strength, high wear resistance, good in 400 Celsius degree following with a heat resistance, heat treatment, the welding performance can be good, not easy brazing, welding performance is good. Used for high strength, corrosion resistance, good important castings is make the ship propeller one of main material, also can be used as wear-resisting and 400 Celsius degree below the parts, such as bearings, gears, worm and nut, flange, valve body, guiding casing.
